Laveycraft 2750 info

I traded in the XTS and ordered a Laveycraft 2750 Nuera Sport mid-cabin.
I'm looking for info on what setups "engine,prop,stereo,misc options" other Laveys are running? I'm leaning towards a Merc 525 w/dual ram full hydraulic steering and 280 K-planes, stereo undecided.
Any recommended options or info I should know about?

I know the Teague 800efi in the 2750 open bow runs 94+. 525 would probably run low to mid 80s. They build a lot of the 525 boats with single ram hydraulic steering but I would go dual ram like you said. That would be a good setup to upgrade to a whipple later if you wanted also.
