    Hey gang
I cut the hole for my ski locker in my Kachina and the hull is solid foam (some of it wet) what's the easiest way to clean out the foam. I've been hacking at it with a shovel and a shop vac, just wondering if there is an easier way.

I have become quite proficient using a large prybar. Its just a slow and tedious task. Take your time and you should learn to get it out in softball sized chunks.

I use a regular size Stanely Sharp Tooth hand saw. It makes short work of the foam but still messy as hell, the shop vac going at the same time is a must.
