I decided it was time to replace my old towing truck (90 Ranger) with something a little newer. I picked this up Saturday for a very reasonable price. 99 F250 4WD, V-10. I think it should pull my 18' Hawaiian around with no problem.

I had one like the with a 5 speed in it. It was a very good tow truck and was even pretty easy on gas. It got 16 mpg running empty and around 10mpg pulling a big trailer. I see those a the auction all the time with 200,000 miles running great. You will like the truck a lot. Now tow that boat on down to Anna so we can take a look at both.

That is a HUGE step up from a 90 Ranger. Nice looking.
Hey Dave, You were right when you told me it was a step up from the Ranger. I think it's two steps up. Nice going. Now all you have to do it get the Hawaiian looking as good as the tow and you will be in good shape.
