I guess us Chevy guys have it good... I've got most of the factory oil cooler set-up off of a Corvette/Camaro, just need to find a water to oil cooler that will work,a dn get it all plumbed with the dual filter set-up.

I ran the permacool dual filter set-up on a '66 Bronco that I ran in the dunes...baja style. The unit cracked on the cross-over between the filters. No catastrophic failure but it was leaking pretty good. I am considering running it in my boat but have a deep V, not sure yet. For those flat bottoms boys, that get beat up in the rough stuff I would think twice about the dual set-up with big filters. Looks like Lakesonly has had good luck though. If you go dual, keep an eye on it. :boxed:

We've had several guys utilize (2) single remotes (billet) joining them together with female AN couplings like pictured below. It actually makes a pretty clean setup. Most will fab up a mounting plate to mount them on as a side-by-side assembly.

Chris the remote heads for Chevy Filters are $113.95 ea and include (2) plugs and (2) special radiused AN oil fittings in choice of -10 or -12 AN. You would need (2) of them for the side-by-side setup.
The AN coupler fittings in -10 are $8.49 each, -12 are $11.89 ea.
Let me know if I can help in any way.
