BERK AAA or AT 9.5

How much Hp and Tq would it take to turn an BERK AAA or AT 9.5 impeller at 5200 rpm, seems to me if you opened up the nozzle diameter a bit you could get a killer holeshot and descent top end even on a fairly heavy family cruiser. My gut says it would be a big ci engine tuned to make all its power at about 5K... hard to say for sure
