As many problems as the 877 boat had it still ran 8.70's. That boat will run 8.40s or 8.50s when it is right. John and Norm Pam and Debbie worked their asses off all weekend. I had a great time racing with them.

I am a jet owner but I sure like the way those V drives dig into the water. Looks like there is some serious power being exchanged there.
Do all those V Drive sit that low into the water. I thought the goal was to get the least amount of surface wetted. Thanks for the photos.

RandyHDig the water? Those boats are all runner bottoms. Pretty much they are flatbottoms with two small (5/8" or so) tunnels.
This boat is completely on top of the water and has taken a perfect set. Not much wetted surface really.

Never have seen one up close so I did not know they where pretty much flat. They do look like a wild ride.
