I heard Bam talking about this on Sirius Radio. They were out partying and some chick accused vido of grabbing her. Somehow it ended up in the courts and Bam was talking about how fockt up it was this chick was doing this and vido never did anything. Have a feeling he's in some kind of trouble thats why we havent seen him.
