Does anybody know of someone/somewhere in the Bay Area I can get a "new" hatch done for the day cruiser? Long story on the old hatch. I did make up another after the first, but its a little heavy, and I might be need to do some cut outs on it. Anybody know what it might cost minus interior.

You might try sending a PM to Dimarco 21. I know he had one built a year or 2 back.

I did that one for Larry Peto (Larry,s Engine and Marine) When I did that one it was around $1500 complete including covering it to match interior.
here,s a pic of an aluminum hatch on my dads boat finished, I did that one in 1995 when we built the boat.
