its happening everywhere.. san bernardino county also. i live in phelan a very rural area with lots of dirt roads. you can no longer ride any off road stickered vehicle on any dirt road. you can't ride within 200 feet of any privately owned land. a friend of mine is on the san bernardino board and was the only one to vote against it.
fines will be given out for repeat offenders, it can lead to jail time. after your first offense the 200 feet restriction will extend to 200 yards. i don't have a copy with me but i can have my wife bring one home from work.
many of us out here have built mini tracks on our property for riding, buts its a no-no now. in order to ride you must go to a designated OHV area. some friends of mine have already recieved warnings.
