It's time to sell the LHC house (BIG bummer!!), but life is what it is. It is in the residential estates area near the golf course. Beautiful house that we have put a lot of effort into. Here is the listing and some pics (link to pictures is in the gray banner). Let me know if you have any questions. BTW, the garage is three car front with 1 bay at 32' deep. There are full RV hookups in the parking area next to the garage. Furniture is available also. Great neighbors and lots of room.
Hope the next owner enjoys this house as much as we have!! Such a great location. We had planned to put a deck on top of the patio cover for a full lake view. Just didn't get to that. That should be the first move for the new owner.

ttt. The house has been visited a lot in the last two weeks and has been generating a lot of interest. If you're interested, please let me know. Would be nice to see the pad go to a hot boater. It shows very well in person. Pictures never do things justice (but that's true of nearly everything).
