offer him 18k then 20 seams a bit high, the prop i think should be a 4 blade brovo 1 for best proformance that 3 blade is a bow lifting prop, tires and hub/brakes should be checked out. check for leeks in the trandsom area. looks like a fun boat if it checks out ok. bring her to the river
