No, but I did read Sonny's book some time ago. I know that makes me far from an expert on the subject. But from what I remember new guys are called prospects. So what's a prospect gotta do to join that club?

Red & White are the colors of the H.A. and like other street gangs they use numbers to symbolize letters in the alphabet 8=H, 1=A.
I read Sonny's book as well and found in interesting but he is a little off on some of his views IMO.
