Just be careful if you buy a place, because some spaces are slated for complete removal. meaning they will no longer exist as part of the re-development. Some people got letters stating their lease will terminate as of Oct. 01 2007.
You may think you are buying in when in fact your space will be gone. I also think this whole thing will end up in litigation.
My place at Fishers is for sale.

That would be pretty shitty for someone NOT to tell someone what was happening down there. But im sure there will be some!
My place is 4 sale and is NOT being removed from the master scheme of things. i would keep it if i could afford it but im not that big of a baller

So whats the deal with lake depths down there.
I always thought that once you got below Parker the fluctuations could be extreme.
    V-drive, Directs drives, I/Os OK??
I only see fish and outboards in all the pics. Hmm...

I run a 28ft cat, and a direct drive boat all year. TONs of direct drives and such. The water level is fairly constant, but will fluctuate appeox 2 ft, week-per-week. Just like any river. First time out, just watch where people are heading. There are sand bars, but most are very easy to see.
