If you don't get any offers you can rent them on eBay. I don't know the people and haven't rented from them, but they say you just mail it back when you are done.
Then there is always the "make your own" route, which can be fun. The thrust bearing puller below cost me about $6 at HF, and I got a few good laughs out of it too:

i tried that tool that you have there in the picture, i rented it for 35 at the parts store and it just popped the ziptie. I looked at the one on ebay, i may just bite the bullet and rent one that way.

I've made a couple that work good. With no machine tools. The first one I just used a big fine thread nut. The second one I started with a puller like a pitman arm puller.
Found a big washer, and cut it in half to fit in groove. Then welded these halves to a tube that fits over impeller hub, and slit this in half.
Weld another set of half washers to the top with the big nut welded inside one half.
Find a tube that slips over the slit tube to hold it together.
If the first tub is welded a little crooked it ends up tapered and the outer tube locks it over the impeller hub.http://www2.***boat.com/forums/attac...id=11116&stc=1
This is the one with acme thread puller base. A big bolt works the same way.
A fatter washer would have been better. I just used the junk laying around.
All I have is a stick welder, a drill press, and a grinder.

If you can make these, most any puller will work

You might even run by a local shop that does a lot of manual transmission work. Tools similar to what "inwo" and "Riverjet502" pictured are used for pulling bearings and synchro hubs off of transmission shafts. That's what I used the one time that I needed to remove a stubborn impeller. Fortunately we have a large collection of this stuff at the dealership where I work.

If you plan on owning a jet you need to have the right tools. Buy the whole kit and save yourself the headache.
