Thread: Low water Pickup

    I'm putting a low water pickup dedicated just for my oil cooler, do I need to have a strainer, or do you guys think I'll get buy without one.
    I've got a teague oil cooler, I'm wondering if I will be supplying it with too much water pressure when running hard? Do I need a pressure regulator?

    I would run a strainer...the oil cooler was the first thing that clogged on mine.
