Who in North O.C. can help me set timing and adjust carb

I am putting my motor back in my boat in a couple of weeks and just need a garage mechanic to help me set the timing and adjust the carb? The carb was rebuilt and bench flow'd and the distributor was pulled for a new manifold gasket. I live in Brea and would like to keep it somewhat local. Thanks, Brendan
