Heads have a lousy exhaust port, but will work since you have them. Use Comp's base blower roller grind, its 255/262 @ .050. Get some 1 7/8" headers too. If it is a drag car only, it won't be necessary to boost reference them. TIMINATOR

Timinator's #'s look nice. Your entire set up needs to be designed around cylinder head flow and desired rpms ( power range). I have had great luck with Reed, and Isky. Forced induction specialist will now best. Is it being built for pump gas or good fuel? Have you had the heads flowed? There are a lot of variables that come in to play ( heads obviously, max rpm, etc..). When it comes to a set up like this ( + boost) getting air to flow in obviously is not the issue. Wider lobe sep will help it. It is scavaging the expelled exhaust gas efficeintly where you will benefit from the + boost. Depends on the budget on hand, it can get pricey to say the least, ( custom ground forced induction cam and lifter set up) to maximize all out power/ torque. With 1.60 exhaust valves; IMHO would say a good size, designed correctly, header tube( stepped headers are always nice) will always help....and to dyno tune it cant hurt either. My brother has a similiar set up in a Camaro ( pooch motor) will run mid 9's at mid 130's and is pretty mild , still street driven and 3300 lbs. If you are not oppose to spending a few bucks, Lemons Headers can build a beautiful set but you will pay accordingly. Everybody has a different take when it comes to performance issuse like this. My 2 pennies. Good luck

    Hey Thanks for ya input
The local shop is going to work the heads a little and put 2.05s in with the 1.60s this is in a 2760# with driver car so I am hoping low 10s should be a reasonable expectation.
    cheers

If looking for more power, I'd save the $$$ towards headwork and put towards better heads at some time. They are designed around a 400hp street compressioned NA 5.7L.
Brodix, Canfield, and AFR (okay, others too, lol) have what you need if staying with non-exotic standard runner 23° heads. 210-220cc range and if a little more $$$ in the pocket the offset rocker arm versions will help even more.
If you have more dough, then skies the limit on cyl head.
Just my 02. Always more than one way to skin the cat.
