You guys don't listen....the last thing you want is to trap moisture in there....get rid of those stupid little "bras" or cut a big hole in them.....or maybe you like to have you hubs overheat and lock up 60 miles down Rice Road.......:idea:

On a similar note, an old boater once told me to give your axles a chance to cool down
once you reach the lake before getting launching your boat. The hot axles in
the cool water create a vacuum causing water to be sucked in past

Exactly....the last thing you want is a "snug fit".....you really want to trap moisture in there and keep it there??
Bearing Buddy puts them on there for looks and to make sure you have to buy new Bearing Buddy bearings every few years (planned obsolescence?) ..:idea:
