Part out or sell whole !! 1971 Merc 1350 w/ pt/t and SS Quicksilver prop

Motor ran when removed from 19 foot bass boat but idle and mid range were choppy it has issues getting on plane... wot was fine compression test yield #1 hole down some psi but 2 3 4 5 6 were ~ 120..
The previous owner informed me the power tilt/trim unit and cyls were added in the mid 80's due to his handy cap... he only used the boat one or two times a year after that so this motor, particularly the hydrolics, have pretty low hours. He never used it for skiing and always fished alone or with his grandchild.
The Powerhead still has the factory seal on it.
I'm not looking to get rich on this so pm me your offers include what part/s your interested in and what your offer is.
