Good job Harold but how could that be a record for PGJ when I thought Keith Zellmer held the ET record of 7.72 and the MPH record of 133.67?

How often do they "retire records"? I remember those speeds and ET's back in the 80's and 90's.

Joe Pudwaski who I don't care for but respect. ran I think 141 @ 7.38 in ubfj 1996 but no one wants to talk about it. cost me some Margaritas I still owe..........but I feel Joe was cheated. In a year or two people come out and run slower and get the same credit with out the same acomplishments. I know what JP has acheived. He is a great man in our sport. I knock heads with Joe but I don't think his Record should be taken by father time..but by someone who put in the time. My $.02 BTW F U C K Y O U Joe....I just don't want him to think Iv'e gone soft.

Tell us how you really feel ...
I agree, the rule of retiring records was dumb, but no longer exists after the beginning of this year ... it was voted out by the membership.
The only way that a rule can now be retired is if a new safety and/or equipment rule makes breaking the record impossible. Otherwise, the records that are currently held will stand until beat.
