For all the Magic 28' Deck owners........

A Whippled 525 and you saw 81???? You need a different prop. I suggest a 5 blade Maximus...labbed...possibly a 30 if your already turning a 28 to redline. Im seeing 80 right on the dot with my 625 and a Bravo 1. WAY too much slippage. I throw a rooster tail thats crazy.....

Thanks for the advice Im usually 1000-1500 off redline for saftey issues but i really cant belive how its affected by weather.How much humidity and heat play a roll.....
Where do you recommend getting a prop?
anyone online sell them?

I know your boat very very well, and I personally drove it with a Lab 30and the Bimi Top up at 86 GPS,
That 28 JC sold it to you with is a little to small

The boat needs some minor work done that i didnt catch at the time but when i get it will have a new prop..
