How I spent my Friday/Saturday :)

Grand Canyon with my babydoll
Drove up Friday and we are back home already making dinner. We had Condors flying right over us but we did not have our cameras at the time. The Condors were amazing to watch as they would just glide forever without flapping their wings at all. Had a great, fun short trip.

In the evening the crowds empty out as the tour buses leave. The early morning is great before they get there also. I would suggest during the week and before schools let out soon. We stayed at the Thunderbird Lodge at the S Rim and those pics were taken right outside of our room. There is a very nice restaraunt within about a tenth of a mile. Great food and excellant service. Highly recommend the dinner but I can't remember the name of it. The peeps at the Thunderbird will know the name of it though....
