Is the game warden going to be checking boats at jacks?

Just curious, just got the whole boat together, don't want to get a ticket if I can help it. I have jackets and a throwable, along with a horn, what else do we need? Does anybody know if you have to have flame arrestors if your motor is not under a hatch?

Oar, and a manual bailing device (cup). Rope. Flame arrestor not necessary on an exposed engine.

Need a muffler device, whistle, throw cushion, fire extingusher, flame arrestors,life jackets that fit passengers, registration, and if kill switch is on boat it must work. We expect department of game and inlet fisheries to be on the water checking boats.
Note: for all the jetboats owners: Irwin Capp from Arkansas will be at Jack's on Wednesday to give advice on how to make your rig more efficient. For those that are not aware of Mr. Capp he is the premier jet boat builder who has been in business for 30 years and has done two jet boat bottoms from lake anna so far this year. He current does the molds for the original Cheyenne that Tom Papp did years ago. Only he makes them go faster.
He will be here for the remainder of the week. Hope you take advantage of his knowledge.

When did the muffler rule come out? I've been boating with standard through transom exhaust for years in virginia...

Ive never been hassled on lake anna for thru hull exhaust. Not to say it couldnt happen.

i think water is a muffler on your boat...not 100% though
