Marina Del Rey- will be listed at 998k
Loft 1 will be listed at between 895 -950k
Loft 2 will be listed at 1.1
If deal is done with no agents savings will be passed onto the buyer 50k-60k. Two properties have never been occupied and are just recently completed within the last 3-6months. Home owners on all range between 600-850. All three places have concierge services, unbelievable pool area's and gyms.
