That is salvaged, any thing can be fixed now days but in that case it wouldn't be worth doing it. Better off buying the salvage for 15% of its wholesale book from the insurance company and selling the parts off of it or find another truck with a bad motor and trans or striped out theft recovery and swap the parts.
