Lake Powell any sandy beaches????

Going to Lake Powell the second week of July. We rented 3 house boats I was wondering if anyone knew some good sandy beaches around the Antelope marina area. Any info. on beaches or ski areas around that area would be helpful. I have not been there in 4 years. Thanks.

Go up from Antelope Point into Warm Creek bay. We were just up there this past weekend. Lots of sandy beaches there.

Yep.. you looked really fast getting superb gas mileage at last years Powell Fest..... but it is true.. when both motors start, that thing runs like a raped ape!

You should do your best to stay away from Lake Powell. It is a terrible place and there is nothing worth seeing there! No sandy beaches anywhere! Do your best to avoid this terrible place...
