Yeah, bought it a year ago when it was just me and the wife, in a couple of weeks we will be having a baby. Just want to upgrade into a home next year so we put it on the market now. Plus less financial strain while the wife stays home for the first year with the baby
I have driven through the park a couple of times and it is very clean nice park.
Right on. I can understand the house thing
For those that haven't been to this Park it is super nice and super quiet. Not that you can't run a Rhino around it just isn't off the hook. Very very nice place with some killer pool/kitchen/party areas.

Yup couldn't agree more. Basically you have the place to yourselves in the summer! We really have enjoyed it here.
