:idea: off the top of my head this comes to mind....i use a good size tri-tip take 4 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz teriyaki baste, 1 teaspoons of ground ginger, 1teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 oz soy sauce mix that together and pour over meat in a plastic bag and let marinade for 4-5 hours drop on a grill and baste with marinade during cooking...... top the steak with pineapple rings and manachino (sp?) cherries or make a mango pineapple chuntey and serve with any box rice pilaf (sub half the water with pineapple juice) or twice baked potatoes and steamed or grilled asapargus
