Thread: Hard seat foarm?

A friend of mine has built two kayaks out of wood. They are pretty much done but he needs to make seats.
Is there a pour in foam that doesn't expand too much that we can mold into the shape of a seat? It has to be able to tolerate a moist environment. Perhaps something PVC based?
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Tom,
Here is an example two part foam.

Basically pour it in a trash bag while sitting in the car (kayak). It will mold around you...
    More details are available.
