Wow this is going to bring up some expensive ideas
I have a 460 chevy, forged rotate assembly short block, will make 10:1 comp with 119cc heads. Going in a 21' v-drive day cruiser, max rpm around 6000. I want suggestions on cam, heads, intake, carb, ign. to make max power in this application, naturally aspirated. thanks

Whats the budget....
The budget will make a difference in what will be said. If I were in your shoes I would try to find the guy looking to get rid of his oval port Merlin heads and put a hydraulic roller under them. They would flow well enough to get up to that RPM but would make enough torque to really grunt that boat out of the hole. Just one morons thought.

I would like to finish the engine for less than 4k.
Are you going to be doing assembly yourself and just farm out any needed machine work?
Do we have exhaust yet ? Can be big $$$ here.
Do we have all accesories - alternator/bracket/pumps/lines/oil coolers, oil pan, etc, etc, etc - can be big $$$ here.
You need more money, Seriously
