No comment on the carb change, but holy #$%^!, is that an Eagle way down there in Florida?? I like it. Never heard of one that far south. Welcome to the boards. There are a few of us die hard aluminum guys on here. We spend most of our time trying to talk these fiberglass guys into trying aluminum boats. What's your set up? What speeds you getting?-Aluminum Squirt
Yep It Is A 2006 Eagle Tunnel 540 B , Aggressor Pump ,rachet, all The Stuff To Go Fast 100mph.i Waited 6 Months For Eagle To Build It Got It As A Bare Hull.only One In Florida.i Did Have A Glass Boat But They Rot! And No Freeboard.these Eagles Seem To Be The Best Of Both Worlds Handle Choppy Water And They Are Fast.
Nice boat, more pictures.
I run a single 850 carb on a t-ram in my picklefork. Been good so far except may have had a little to do with the last motor blowing up. To much bottle pressure and it leaned out all the outer cylinders. #7 grenaded. I dont know if a single plane would have been better, probably just a dual carb setup would have been better and just leaned them like the inner cylinders.

Where are you making your power? That sure seems like a big carb for 800 hp. my 548 makes 800@6200 with an HP950. Id lose the TR with your motor if you are running a single 4. Im running a victor jr. Works real well.
