Drink about a quart of water. Get about 4 Jack in the Box tacos and eat them, mix in some curly fries if you like 'em. Then sit down for a good #2, and once your stomach is settled, do some yard work or something for about an hour to break a little sweat. Take a shower, nap and you're good to do it all over again!!

Getting old does suck. Whatever happen to those days of drinking all night, sleeping 3 hours, then going to work in the morning feeling fine?:cry: :cry:
