***Accident attorney needed asap*** pics here!!!!

I was in a terrible car accident today. I got t-boned by a guy who ran the red light. He was doing approximately 45mph. Once he hit me I was knocked out and hit the gas pedal and ran through a brick wall and stopped halfway through another fence. Luckily the fire dept was across the street. I have never been in a car accident and need help. I was NOT at fault and my truck is smashed.I am doing somewhat ok. My head is killing me and neck is stiff but I am alive If you know anyone out here that is good please pm me or post contact info. I am in Mesa,Arizona. Thanks Michael
