As long at you don't overprop it (load it too much) and take it as easy as you have been, it should hold up for quite awhile.
Be advised. Our boat was tested with a 1000HP 10-71 motor. At 90+ it became very unstable. This hull is more of a cruiser, so don't get too fast.

1000hp, tell me more about that test.
I can get about 65 mph out of it with full tanks, coolers and 4 people at lake pleasent.(2500')

Keith Sayre was along for the test. We just spoke about it again at the boat show. He said it was scary-loose. Don't know if it was chine walking or what.
That is about the speed I am seeing at 300'. With an HO, that is.

I had the HP500 in a 247 Ultra. Added the Whipple after the first season. It ran 90 zero problems. I had the XZ drive and upgraded to XR gears....never had any issues. I ALWAYS was easy on and easy off the throttles. Tho we did ski behind it so randomly we would 'hit it'. Gary at GT did all the work....perfectly. If I can remember right I think it was coming up on 300 hours when I let it go......still without a hickup.

So, you would probably end up in the 75-80 neighborhood.
