Its mounted inside the gunwales rather than on top and it hides under the engine hatch when not in use.

The 25ft Shockwave seem bigger than other boats of the same size. Maybe because of no built in swim step? Nice boat!

It's a full 25', not including the swim step. It also has quite a bit of freeboard. Thanks for the compliment.
