As i'm sure you Sanger buffs know, sanger never made a "T-DECK". The deck is squared off on the drivers side, just like Al Alcorn's on the river rats video. Sanger came out with that in 1977 and they ran pretty damn good. It has a copy of the cole TR2 bottom and Jack Davidson was pretty proud of those boats. Funny Story:. When I worked at Sanger they had just came out with this hull and Jack told me that Al Bush wanted to try one. I asked Jack...what did you tell him??. He said Billy I don't build boats for anyone for free, if they want one of these they can buy it. Al Bush being my drag boat idol back then, I was really dissapointed. Jack could of cared less. Needless to say Cole and Hondo remained on top and this hull kinda fizzled out.
