Thread: Mercuiser Bellows replacement???

    Can anyone tell me tuff it is to replace the three hoses? Thanks

    Depends on a few things. Fresh or salt water boat. Correct tools. What else you find that needs replaced when apart. How much you drink while doing the job!
    But in general, plan on pulling the drive and the bell housing to make it the easiest. Align the engine before replacing the drive.

    I will answer now MOTHER ****ER!!!!!!!!!! I got it done. It took about five hours. I only changed the one with the driveshaft. It wasn,t to bad except for trying to get the new hose back on. :devil:
    It looked like someone stuck a screwdrive through the old one.....:jawdrop:
