Back in my unit's F-4 Phantom 2 days (early 80's) they had a night shift crew chief who would regularly rack out for several hours in the intake on an F-4 (very cozy spot actually), even after repeatedly being told to stop it.
    They finally stopped him.
    They found him one night.
Quietly clamped a Ground Run Screen over the intake.
Also, quietly hooked up a -60 ground power unit to the plane for bleed air to spin the motor over (needed to start it).
Then, the fired the ground power unit up, and hit the switch to spin the motors.
He woke up, and was momentarally screaming and clawing at the intake screen, unable to get out.
About 30 secconds later they "found" him, shut down, and let him out.
He was never again caught sleeping his shift away in an intake.
