If it is schiada76 I bought a blower from him and everything was very smooth. Everything was there and in better shape than the photo's. I forgot the fuel line and kept saying I would come by but kept putting it off over and over. He sent it overnite on his dime cause I was being lazy. I don't think he would dick you at all. Maybe just away for a few..
