Towards the front or bow of the boat about half way down starboard side you will see a plug, just like a diff in a car fill to that level, LIGHT gear oil.
How do check to see if you have enough oil in in the box, its a 10 degree casale. It has the little vent cap on top. thanks

light gear oil?...ive run 80/90 shockproof redline oil...no probs!
Mine is a split case casaleand the oil fill is transom side ,starboard side, I use royal purple 75/90 takes about 3/4 quart just where it runs out the oil fill.
The only reason I said light gear oil was to steer away from a 140w Hope he got that.
thank you. one more check mark off my list. should be on the water tommorow.
Better check that oil level on the back ,right side toward the bottom, not on the front side halfway down. The front side halfway down is the fill hole not the oil level hole.
High hole in front is fill hole, rear hole as in all holes will let you know it's full when it starts to dribble out.
Run a synthetic they run cooler.
