I am taking care of the last couple of things to do before finalizing my divorce (the ex and I have been separated for almost 2 years) and I need to get 2 storage condos on the South end of town appraised. I would just as soon pay someone on the board rather than just a total stranger, any suggestions?

Robert, just talked to my hubby who is a real estate agent here in Havasu. He said depending on the size and door height, etc. the going rate is about $65 per sq. ft. He said there are some brand new ones on the north side that are selling for $70 per sq. ft.
You mentioned they are on the south side - if you're looking to get rid of one, we may be interested depending on the size. You can PM me if needed.
