London Bridge Resort Condo for Labor Day

I have a 2b 2 ba channel view condo at the london bridge resort that I will not be able to use. There also is a boat slip avail and a kitchen. All resonable offers will be considered. I have it August 31st thru Sept 7th(whole week).
This condo also has a boat slip available (no waiting in lauch lines)
and a rooftop balcony (great fireworks view) & a Limo available for rides to clubs (no DUI's)
I have rented it out before and everyone has always had a blast!
Would also be interested in partial trade for houseboat rental.

make me an offer! i have a min that i will take for it. But whether you use it for the week or just the weekend its the same price, unless you find someone to split the week with you.
We have slept 3 families comfortably in the room before. plenty of room, kokomos downstairs, NO LAUNCH LINES!!!!!!!!
this condo also has a rooftop balcony and a great view of the channel.
