    That's why I like Nylatron. It's self lubricating.
    The turcite ones are the best but expensive. As they are self lubing also

    I run turcite... My first set was not slotted for water & they burned up quickly... The second set... well lets see, been in a GN for a season now & I still have a hard time sliding my shaft in & out as I set the tolerance a little snug!

    what is expensive? Is each one the same lenght as a fiber one that's been cut in half?

    I ran the Turcite slotted ones on my superstock boat and they worked great.
    Bergeron Engineering in Mesa AZ made them for me. I had to send them my old one so they got the proper size match for my strut.
