I clicked on it twice and no more for me.
Here is how to defeat this.
Search your C drive for hosts
Should be in this directory for Windows XP users
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Open it in notepad. It will look like this
    # Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
    127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 www.internetisseriousbusiness.com<-------- add this line of text and save it
You will now get an "unable to connect" page instead of that crazy song.
If you don't know what your doing, I am not responsible for machines that stop working.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I do that I can't run IIS for testing, right?
unless your the owner of www.internetisseriousbusiness.com and you want to test it locally you should be fine.

That didn't really make sense. You can use the hosts file to test your site locally with IIS

I hit "control" + "alt" = "delete" and then I clicked on
the task manager button and it showed up highlighted
and I ended it with the push of the button. quick and easy. of course. a friend had to show me how to do it.

The pop-ups don't go on forever.
If you keep clicking on it, it'll eventually let you out.
