HAHA,,,you got that right but I can run on 91 so it aint that bad. Seriously, that is just the type of house I would like to have but it is out of reach right now. I am anticipating a pretty good amount of money from a settlement on a court case which would then give me a lot of buying potential with straight cash so maybe if it is still available then we could talk a deal...good luck with the sale, it's a beautiful house...
