We have done it in jeeps a few times and used to ride it on dirt bikes when we lived in Havi.
It's about 45 miles one way starting at Standard wash. You head out into some big wide sandy washes and deep canyons, trasition to a little desert 4x4trail then some open graded road for high speed runs. Then over the 3,700 foot pass and into a Joshua tree forest down into Wikieup for refreshemnts and fuel. Anyone wanting to do a one way can have trailers taken to Wikieup via Kingman to Wikieup by Hwy 93, an easy drive. Might want to have a "just in case" vehicle and trailer there anyway.

Pick a date. Sometime in November would work for me.

I always end up making a wrong turn or 2 at some wash intersections but always find my way. I’ll have to prerun it with the GPS and get a good bread crumb trail if we are to have a group relying on me getting them there. That's why I kept asking Todd to do it
I'll prerun it when the weather cools if I get the chance.
