They are flotation bladders. We used to stuff a truck inner tube under our bows. Let's see the rest of the boat!
yup flotation devises..had em in my biesemeyer also....dont seem to bother anything and are very light....

Tony, Extra flotation but it sure drew in the drive-bys!! and will continue to do so!
