im looking for a 9 inch hole to hole turn buckle stainless and a square pad (rex marine style)with only one bolt hole to the cav plate.I have called rex they dont have any . i need one this week so i can make it out next weekend.any help would great.

i tried the round one the pin is centered over the hole ,the ones i have are more forward causing the round one to bind when you are in the down bending it.
CP Performance has what you need.
Call me again as I found the turnbuckle, pins, clips and single screw plate pad.
