2002 Yamaha Banshee this bike is rediculous fast and super clean. Starts first or second kick every time. Chrome 6inch extended Swing arm, straight paddles & razor backs for the sand, new ITP wheels with X drive tires for the dirt. CPI in frame drag pipes, NEW handle bars, NEW grips, NEW ASV levers, NEW six pack rack with cooler and NEW seat. Recent tune up by D&M in Phx, NEW K&N filters. Bike needs nothing.
Not sure what this thing is worth, trying to gauge some interest. I bought this bike used and I have no idea what (if any) motor work has been done to it. I've had 2 mechanics look at it, one rode it and said there is no way that it is stock. The other mechanic said its stock right down to the carbs. All I know is it is extremely fast and beats the pants off all 3 of my friends banshees that have mild motor work done to them.

Let me know.
Thanks ,

you can look at the pictures and see that its not stock,
so, don't use that mechanic for service!!!!!! bump
By being stock I mean has the motor been opened up. Its obviously got pipes, swing arm, etc. It had the original carbs on it that I had rebuilt, plusthey were drilled, tapped and idle screws installed.
Does it have the factory head? Reeds cage? Those are easy to see, and usually if it was opened up you could tell. Yamaha uses really soft shit screws and nuts. Look at the head bolts, the case screws. Were they removed? Might give you a clue.
I had the same year and just sold it earlier this year. I wish I still had it.
