We got off the water about a quarter to four everything seemed fine. Stopped at the upper lot near the restrooms to clean up and next thing you know I hear them trying to clear boats from the ramps. I look over the rail and see three partol boats two guys swimming and what looks to be divers putting tanks on. On the way out two Cops speeding up. I know it can't be good but hope for the best.
